Get Your Party Shoes Out!

Looking forward to a great night starting off with a glass of bubbles on arrival, then to really kick the evening off with Christmas cheer we are giving away 2 lucky door prizes of $500 cash each. Course Report

You will notice the new contoured pathways around the 14^th tee which will incorporate another picturesque centre garden, now laid in the same colour tone as the new pathways around the 18^th tee and green. Currently closed as the concrete cures and we await landscaping, dependant on the weather we hope to see it in action midway to late next week.

Ready Golf

Keep Up with The Group In Front: It is your group's responsibility to keep up with the group in front.

If you have fallen behind the group in front and are holding up the group behind, please invite the group behind to play through.

Be Ready to Play: You should be ready to play as soon as it is your turn to play. When on or near the putting green, leave your bags or carts just off the green on the way to the next tee. When the play of a hole has been completed, leave the putting green quickly.

Lost Ball: If you think your ball may be lost or out of bounds, to save time, play a provisional ball. Players should search for their ball for no more than 3 minutes. Players searching for a ball should signal the players in the group behind them to play through as soon as it becomes apparent that the ball will not easily be found.

Having allowed the group behind to play through, they should not continue play until the group coming through has passed and is out of range.

Scorecard: Complete your scorecard while teeing off on the next hole.

Junior Wrap up 2022

Tonight is the official end of year for our Juniors for 2022 with their AGM and presentation night.

A great effort by our cadets & juniors many of them out on the course every week as well as representing North Ryde in pennant teams and junior competitions. There have been some huge successes to celebrate and some great learning curves for our future golfers and club Members.

Thanks to our Members who help support, our volunteers and in particular Joan, Mick Flaherty and Rob Positti who are out on the course every week, running monthly fundraising BBQ's for the program, the school holiday camp and events such as tonight's end of year AGM and celebration.

Twilight Nine & Dine

Book this Saturday 26 November 6pm for the first of our two Twilight Nine & Dine evenings. Be part of this fun golfing evening before Christmas, cost includes dinner with fellow players at the end of your game. This is open to both Members ($30) and non members ($40) - Thursday 1 & 22 December, bookings open 5 days prior at 6pm. Members book through the timesheets and non members ring the Pro-shop direct on 9888 5518.

What a great way to make the most of the twilight and end your day with a bit of golf either with friends or meet some more fellow golf enthusiasts.

Starting Next Friday - Christmas Ham's Raffle

From Friday 2nd December we start our Christmas Ham Raffles, giving you the chance to win a Ham for Christmas. As each Friday in December gets closer to Christmas, the more chances you will get to WIN.

Meet Kendall

Kendall is one of the newest members to join our team, all the way from Santa Barbara, California.

Whilst in California Kendall resided in "The Golf Clubs Resident Sorority Sister".

Kendall enjoys going to the beach with her fiancé, playing volleyball, getting crafty, and cooking!

The movie "My lips are sealed", ignited her desire to travel to Australia.

We warmly welcome Kendall to the club and team. Don't be shy to say G 'Day!

Movember

Week five of Movember is here which means we're near the finish line sprinting to NRGC's mission for men's health. Raising donations for life-changing men's health initiatives across mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer.

Thanks to all those who have donated so far we are part way at $1,640 but time to dig a bit deeper before the finish post and raise funds via NRGC Movember - targeting $3,000.

How are those moustaches growing? Some looking pretty full on - hairy, scruffy, silver, pirate, bikie and a few downright classy! Log more pictures of your moustache.
