Collect Your Bag Tags

It is now compulsory to ensure that all members have the new North Ryde Bag Tags on their golf bags. If you haven't picked yours up, please do so from the office.

These RFID Bag Tags were introduced to provide the Board and Management with crucial data in course usage, choke points and pace of play monitoring. This data will be used to improve the course design, the flow and improve the enjoyment of golf for all players.

RFID tags do not have GPS and are only recognised by the five tracking stations on the course at the 2^nd, 7^th,10^th, 13^th & 18^th holes.

If any member has any concerns, please contact the office.

Be Here for Your Chance to Win the Car

Our next Draw is this coming Wednesday, 19 January at 6:30pm. All members remember every Main Bar receipt you put in the car barrel is another chance to be in the final draw for the car - your own red MG3-Excite. Be here this Wednesday at 6:30pm so if your bar receipt is drawn your receipt then goes on the Finalists Board, to be part of the final draw on April 27 for the grand prize - the CAR!

18th Green Construction - Looking Good

It's been a very rewarding and productive week with all the irrigation system up and running. The construction zone is now fully turfed and the green was seeded on Tuesday. Seed germination should take 5-7 days and then we wait for the grass to mature before we can open for play - watch this space.

Next our attention turns to 13^th fairway bunker with the reconstruction and the shaping completed, we are waiting for the drainage capillary concrete liner to be installed next week and then followed by turf to be laid.

Next Nine & Dine Thursday, 27 January

Another great evening was had at the Nine and Dine this week, it was a great success despite the earlier rain that had just a few people pulling out due to lack of carts. Fortunately not a drop fell while playing and we were able to enjoy a delicious al fresco meal of hamburger and chips.

Come join us for the next Nine & Dine on 27 January, time sheets for booking opens 6pm Saturday, January 22 and then probably the last for the year will be Thursday, 10 February.

Subscriptions Notices are Out & Members' Handbook Available

Check your inboxes and your junk folders for your Subscription Notices, if you find us in the junk, please make us a trusted email. If you have not received your subscription email notice please let the office know by email office@northrydegolfclub.com.au.

Also remember to use any outstanding house levy money from 2021, transfer all your prize money and redeem golf balls won by end of February 2022.

We have been able to get some Golf Rule Books in Korean. For members who would like one, these are available from the Club office during our operating hours . Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 3pm.
