Good News Story,
Super Senior Pennants

Last Monday North Ryde's Super Senior Pennants Team played Oatlands at Roseville.  Again it was a close game but this time the result went our way with the team winning 4.5 to 3.5.

Great result result for the team.

Next Monday we play Bayview at Muirfield and are hopeful for another win.

Peter Richardson - Captain Super Senior Pennants

Etiquette

Rake Bunkers: If your ball lands in the bunker and you must shoot from there, golf etiquette requires you to leave the bunker looking like it did before you visited it. This is a critical part of golf, as it promotes fair play for other golfers. This involves raking it back into good condition. Doing it properly entering, raking & exiting also helps maintain the playability and health of the golf course.

Before leaving a bunker, players should carefully fill and smooth over all holes and footprints made by them and if there are marks from others.

Always enter the bunker at the lowest point. Pull the rake toward you as you exit the bunker. If required, rake other affected areas. Do not pile sand at the edge of the bunker. Push back excess sand with reverse side of rake. Leave the rake in the bunker pointing in the direction of the hole.
