This Weekend is Super Sunday Oct 9

All welcome this Sunday to join us whether to enjoy the FREE LIVE MUSIC by the Bandits or to support family/friends who were our competition winners in September. The Bandits Duo - ACE award winners on vocals and guitar, Paul and Conrad play songs from the King to Crowded House and more, a song list to keep the toughest audience happy.

Don't want to cook dinner? Stay for a meal at the Dragon on the Green. A perfect way to relax away the last of your weekend enjoying some classic tunes in our fabulous Club.

Grab a Seat for our Melbourne Cup Lunch

Join us to watch the excitement of the race that stops the nation, with a sit down three course meal and bubbles or beer on arrival a great value day out! There will be Melbourne Cup Sweeps, TAB, the Big Screen and prizes! Don't miss out, book your seats for the 2022 Melbourne Cup Luncheon at the Club - we have a few tables that can still be filled.

Get to know Jonty

Jonty has been part of North Ryde's greens staff team for over a year now having joined us in June 2021 so you may know his face. He's currently a 2nd year apprentice with us studying certificate 3 in sports turf management at Ryde Tafe, but let's get to know Jonty a little better.

Jonty grew up in the local area and is a passionate Collingwood supporter 'Go the Magpies'. He is also a very keen golfer and plays 2^nd grade cricket for Northern Districts (left arm off spinner). His greatest accomplishment thus far aside from looking after our greens was being selected in an under 17's team representing Australia to play cricket in Barbados.

Jonty enjoys working outdoors and interacting with golfers whilst out on the course so next time you see him out there say hi.

25 Years Young

In January 1998 David Hyland approached the then President, Max Pride and asked if Max would seek the Board Members' permission to agree to the creation of a Veterans division to function as a regular playing group known as The North Ryde Veterans. David pointed out that, at that time, all surrounding Golf Clubs had a Veterans regular competition.

The January Board Meeting Members unanimously agreed to the request.
