The North Ryde Amateur Cup will be held on Saturday, 14 January. Any member with a GA Handicap of 8.0 of less is eligible to play.
All players will receive a drink and a sandwich voucher. In accordance with our Vardon rules, for playing members with a GA Handicap of 4.0 or less, there is no charge and $25 for those above a GA Handicap of 4. For non-members (including social members) the cost is $50.
If you are eligible to play, you will receive an email. Please advise if you would like to play either by replying to the email or by writing your name on the sign-on sheets located at the front office desk and at the kiosks downstairs.
Prizes for the Event: Vouchers of $350 for 1st, $200 for 2nd and $100 for 3rd place. Plus a Nett prize.
Entries close next Thursday 12th of January at 12pm, with timesheet created Thursday afternoon.

Course Update
The recent rain has been a welcome top-up for our main water storage dam adjacent to the 1st. We have been watching the water levels drop so the rain has appreciably reversed the trend. Although we enjoyed receiving the huge dump of rain over the course today, golf activity did not flow as well. We applaud the few golfers who did brave the elements though!
Remember to play according to the conditions, bring an umbrella, an extra towel and enjoy getting out to play even if it is a bit wet - you never know when you'll have to play a competition in the rain.
Free Firewood
Firewood is stockpiled and ready for collection. As we move into the second week of the New Year those cooler evenings are not too far away so pop on down and collect free firewood from the Club's Maintenance facility. Entry is on the corner of Twin and Wicks Road 6am-1:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday. Please check in with staff on arrival.

Reminder to our playing Members, the January, February and March 2023 Fixtures are up on the Members page of the website for you to access while we await our 2023 handbooks to arrive.
All subscriptions have been emailed and posted out for the 2023-24 membership year, please check your emails, junk boxes and letter boxes. If you have not received a notice please let the office know by email office@northrydegolfclub.com.au.
